Whether you decide to get married with us on the beach or to join us here after the ceremony for your reception, we know that you want your wedding day to be absolutely perfect.

To make sure that happens, we offer a bespoke service where our Head Chef, Roz Batty, and our Bookings Manager, Kate Howard, work with you to gain an understanding of your tastes, ideas and plans for the day. Together, we can devise a choice of options to meet your specific expectations. We'll work through menu ideas and help you plan your seating arrangements.

We can also make sure the restaurant is filled with flowers that match your colour scheme, put you in touch with a photographer, arrange a DJ and room to dance, and help to incorporate any special touches that you both feel will make the day everything you want it to be.

We can seat up to fifty guests for lunch and / or dinner and host up to seventy for champagne and canapés.

Here are some sample menus that you can use as a starting point (Canapé menu, Summer menu). Our focus on seasonal produce means that we'll be able to recommend the very freshest ingredients from Sussex's free-range and organic producers and suppliers.
