

Over 80% of the produce on our seasonal modern British menu is sourced from within 35 miles of our Brighton beachfront location.
Our Head Chef – Michael Bremner works with small scale artisan producers, fishermen & farmers from around Sussex to source the ingredients for the menu, featuring a daily changing selection of locally caught sustainable seafood, wild game & naturally reared free range meat, alongside a delicious selection of vegetarian dishes.
Recent accolades include being voted the ‘Best seaside restaurant in the UK’ by the Observer Food Monthly & finalists in the RSPCA Good Food Awards for two years running.
We have also recently achieved a three star sustainable champions award from the Sustainable Restaurants Association, hold two AA rosettes & won the Game to Eat / Restaurant Magazine 'Best Game Dish in the Uk' 2010.
The restaurant is also available for party & group bookings, weddings & corporate events & we also have an award winning outside catering team that can cater for a range of events, banquets & festivals at numerous prestige locations in & around Sussex.
